Brilliant flat, City centre Leeds, Whithall Quays

Located extremeley centrally (right next to Leeds Train Station)...

Both myself and my current flat mate moved into this great 2 bedroom flat in the heart of Leeds....She has been offered a great promotion opportunity with her work which will mean she is going to live in Edinibrugh from the end of January and I am looking for a new flatmate to take on her room from then.

LOCATION
The flat is located minutes from the station, theres great restaurants, bars, a supermarket and great coffee to be found in the next street.

Although the flat is in the city centre it is really very quiet which means the best of both worlds for those who want to be central but also want to relax.

There's a Virgin Active/Nuffiled Health gym with a pool which is about 6 mins walk away from the flat too.

WHAT'S HERE

-Bedroom-
The bedroom for rent is a good sized double room complete with a bed which has an almost brand new mattress on it. There is a chest of draws and a book shelf there too and a large window.

-Kitchen-
The kitchen area has a full sized fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, brand new washer dryer. We bought everything we needed when we arrived too so cutlery, cups, glasses etc and so there's nothing new needed there. I have a cappucino machine here too should you want to use it.

-Living Room-
The appartment comes furnished and so the living room has a small dining table and couches. I have brought a large television and we have Virgin Media digital TV and wifi here as well as a PS4 which we use for Netlfix, Amazon Prime and Blu Ray movies..

-Balcony-
The living room has a large set of glass doors which overlooks the train station from across the canal and has a stunning evening view of some of the leeds skyline...it's a really nice view but it surprisingly quiet. The balcony is great for sitting and having morning coffee or breakfast and the sun rises in full view of the balcony so it's nice in the morning too.

-Bathroom-
The main bathroom has a full sized bath and shower and a huge mirrored wall. As my bedroom has an en suite I very rarely use the main bathroom unless I am having a bath usually.

ME ...
I am reasonably laid back and am considerate, I study law 2 days a week and work 3 days a week as an events manager and arts festival programmer. On evenings I am usually reading or sometimes out dancing...or if I am home I tend to watch movies. I don't go out every night for example but I am up for it occassional mission to find good rum and sometimes I get good tickets for events too.

WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR IN A HOUSEMATE?

Essentially my current housemate is brilliant and am looking for someone who like her is clean, reliable, easy going and occassionally up for venturing to find some good food.

I'm open to showing the apartment from now, my current housemate is still also currently around to so you can ask her questions too if you'd like to come and view.
