We have two rooms available situated on the 2nd floor of our house. One has an ensuite shower room and the other has exclusive access to a bathroom (we have our own bathroom on the 1st floor). Also on the 2nd floor is a room available to use as a lounge to be shared by the occupants of these two rooms - again we have our own lounge on the 1st floor. The house was extensively redeveloped in 2007, and we have a large open plan kitchen living space on the ground floor, with a kitchen that is a delight to cook and eat in.
Would suit professionals looking for either Monday - Friday or full time lodging. Bills and Wifi included. This is a quiet house in a quiet area. We're on several bus routes and there are local amenities (post office, shops, doctors surgery, pharmacy and pub) within easy walking distance. Great gym (Total Fitmess) a mile away.
We are a married couple, but don't let that put you off! Couples also considered, with some amendment to the rates posted. Short term lets also considered at a premium.
