The bungalow has also been newly decorated and furnished, there is broadband throughout the house and has many kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. A cleaner will be provided weekly for the shared rooms and a gardener for the outside areas. All bills are included in the rent including the gas and electricity up to a certain amount. If a couple share a double bedroom there will be an additional charge.
This is a very special place to me as the landlord and it is important whoever lives here is tidy and looks after the property. I woukd like to rent it to professionals and others in regular work and it may appeal more to the over 30's. Refernces will be required and a bond.
