We have nice clean newly decorated room to rent which is furnished.

The room has a nice clean beige carpet, single bed, but the room will fit a double, bedding, set of drawers and bedside table. It is newly painted grey and white with black curtains. The room has a lock on the door.

We are a very quiet household and are looking for someone who doesn't bring anyone around and doesn't come in late, the household is NOT suitable for children. You must be willing to share the household cleaning duties.

The house has a downstairs bathroom newly decorated with over head bath shower, shared lounge and modern newly decorated kitchen. There is parking at the back and front of the house not off road but directly next to the house. There is a small garden to the rear that is pebbled with a seating area. The neighbors are very quiet and nice.
We have Wi-Fi, fiber broadband.

The area is very quiet and safe and within a 5min walking distance of Normanton town center with all it's amenities, Asda, shops, Gym just down the road and 5min walk to the train station which takes you into Leeds, Castleford, Wakefield and Sheffield. We also have a park just across the road, Chippy, Doctors and Local Shop.

The rent is £325pcm, 1st 4 weeks up-front and includes everything but food. The deposit is £250.
