Double room to let in a lovely terraced house in Outwood on a Monday to Friday basis only. Great location for commuters, with the 110 bus service only a five-minute walk away on Leeds Road. From there it’s a 25-minute journey into Leeds bus station or a 10-minute journey to Wakefield bus station. Junction 41 business park is also nearby. The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher etc. I like to keep the place fairly clean and tidy but I'm not obsessive! I'm a freelance writer for TV and theatre so I tend to work from home a lot. Really looking for someone who is generally out during the day. I've had a few Monday-Friday lodgers before and I've got no problem with people leaving stuff in the room over a weekend.
