Double bedroom unfurnished £380pcm (£50 extra for couples), or Double bedroom furnished £100 deposit,

My name is Ben. I'm a 35yr old logistics agent from Huddersfield. I don't drink often and I don't smoke anymore but don't have an issue with smokers willing to go outside. I have a furnished/unfurnished double room to let in my house in Quarmby.

Modern kitchen and bathroom with part furnished lounge.

Water, gas, electric and broadband included. Garage storage available on request. Ample off road parking.

I will still be using the second bedroom for the time being and the office but will clear the second bedroom over the next few months to make space for a second tenant.
