The house is on a quiet side street near the road from Halifax to Bradford. Very good bus service (576) to Halifax and Bradford. Close the shops, pubs, cafes, hair dressers, supermarket, swimming baths...
Also, easy walking distance to areas of outstanding natural beauty, Shibden Valley, Ogden Water, Ovenden moors and a little farther afield, Bronte country, Yorkshire Dales etc.
Please note I am trying to sell my house (not sold yet). When sold I envisage a 3 months timescale to completion.
