Smart modern house
I am a easy going person who likes to keep the house clean and tidy so it is easy to look after.
The house is Art Deco period 1920s so I have tried to blend a mix of old and new, A double room with original Art Deco furniture, new bed and wall mounted TV a modern twist.
The communal areas are shared. The house has been recently refurnished and is smart, stylish and easy to keep clean and any house mate would be expected to help keep it clean and tidy.
The lounge has a wall mounted tv and has bt broad band. The kitchen is new and great to cook and have a quiet meal.
The front garden has a seating area and great for that evening beer after a busy day and enjoy the last of the sun. While the back is private and has the sun most of the day looking on to trees and a lake.
The house offers easy access to the NRAM head office or local hospitals. While the station is a mile away and has free parking, public transport runs every ten minutes from the top of the street.
I work in Leeds so am out all day, with some occasional nights away with work. At weekends I am always way, usually off walking or seeing friends so quite busy.
