We have a double room available in a large four bedroomed family home with lovely garden and patio area. We do have 2 well behaved children aged 9 and 11 and 2 cats who live in the garage for the majority of the time (the cats not children!). We are both professionals, I am an Assistant Headteacher at a local secondary school and Mark is a fuel tanker driver. The house has been recently renovated and is clean, tidy and modern.

There are two lounges both with Sky +, a large kitchen and utility room as well as 2 bathrooms. There is also a sky + box available in the room being rented out as well as unlimited internet access. The room is furnished with double bed, fitted wardrobe, book shelves, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and t. v. with sky box. Bedlinen is also provided.

If you prefer to include food as well as bills etc we are happy to charge £100 a week for which Mark will cook an evening meal every day including full roast on Sundays and you are welcome to help yourself to breakfast/lunch.

We are in a great location with a bus stop directly outside the house, parking and easy access to M62/M1 - only 25 mins to Leeds or 35mins to Manchester.
