Bright and modern, with a large box sash window that lets in plenty of light, this room is perfect for the young professional or student that is looking for a practical and good sized bedroom, in an excellent area for both social activity and commuting.

The house itself is a Victorian terrace with large rooms. An attractive communal lounge invites guests while the kitchen provides a spacious cooking and dining area which then leads out into a small but picturesque garden. The carpeted cellar is furnished and is equipped with a quality washing machine, and acts as a washroom and storage space for the housemates.

Situated just near Saltaire main street, the local village shops are only a minute away, comprising of small businesses, a Co Op and a 24hour Asda just up the road. The main Keighley/Bradford bus routes are also along this stretch of road.

A little further down is Saltaire Village where the Train Station can be found, along with the popular Salts Mill Hockney Gallery, Roberts Park and Leeds Bradford Canal.

Just up the road from the house is Northcliffe woods, where its woodland paths can be followed to emerge in the Shipley town area.
