THE APARTMENT!!!

Our apartment is located on the fifth and sixth floor of the exciting Victoria Mills development with amazing views of a hill - (not a noteworthy hill but its nice to look at).

There is a downstairs living/dining room/kitchen and a WC. The most noticeable thing is the MASSIVE balcony on which you can sit (there is a table and chairs) and enjoy a cheeky summer drink (obvs not til the summer)

Upstairs is achieved through the use of an exciting spiral staircase and contains two bedrooms both of which are en suite.

YOUR ROOM!!

Bed plus triple wardrobe provided in a spacious double room with a view to die for! The room is en suite with its own shower. There is an exciting alcove which things can be stored.


A BIT ABOUT US

You will be sharing with a (sort of blokey but not too blokey) gay male couple (25 & 24 yo Leeds Graduates). One in banking, other a teacher. We are not party animals but partial to a few drinks now and again.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Preferably someone into curries, Xbox/PS3, chilled out, beer, gigs, music, films (IMAX in Bradford). We generally all cook/shop as a group but if you don't want to that is fine.

We are replacing our housemates of nearly 2 years. She has moved to Manchester for work.


BUT ISN'T SHIPLEY IS MILES AWAY?!

Ahhh but its not. We live just over road from Shipley Station.
15 minute train into Leeds
10 minutes train in Bradford
10 minutes into the Yorkshire Dale

THE COMPLEX WE LIVE IN
