Room to rent in sunny Silsden

I have a room for rent in my house in Silsden, the room has just been decorated and can be furnished or unfurnished as required. It is available immediately and the rent is £65 per week ( this includes all bills). The house is in a quiet part of Silsden and only a 5 min walk to all shops pubs etc, there is a bus stop at the bottom of the road and the train station is a 15 min walk away. There is room to park your car if needed. I have fully fitted kitchen - washer/ drier etc, and broadband internet too.
I am looking for someone reasonably clean, tidy and easy going . You MUST be working full time and be able to provide £150 bond.
I do have two cats so animal friendly people only
