I don't usually stay at the property often, I work as a contractor, so I normally just rent something close to where I'm working. It all depends on where my next contract is.

I've got a 2 bedroom house in Sowerby Bridge. It's got excellent transport links and it's only a short walk to the bus stops and train station.

-7 mins drive/train/bus to Halifax,

-25 mins drive to Huddersfield

-45 mins train to Leeds.

-5 mins walk into Sowerby Bridge town centre.

About the house:

It’s a semi-detached in a very quiet cul-de-sac.

There's a Tesco and Lidle within walking distance.

The house has:

-Wireless broadband

-Driveway for 2 cars

-Large back garden and small front garden. Great for bbqs in Summer.

-Storage space in attic, if needed.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinet, a chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes.

I'm looking for a professional person who is pretty tidy and has rented and house-shared before.
