Double room easy access to M1/M62 and bus routes

Your bedroom

We have a double room available in a family home with me and my husband our 21 year old son. My husband and I both work fulltime, for a wholesaler and as a driving instructor respectively. My son is an avid swimmer and is away at university.. We have off street parking available, the house is in a cul de sac.
The bathroom is not ensuite but you would have exclusive use(right next door to room) as we have a second bathroom for ourselves. Your bedroom has a TV with freeview. We have sky q available in a shared living room, wireless internet access, ps3(share with my son!),washing machine and dishwasher. We have two cats.
Access to main supermarkets is a short driveaway but a small supermarket/takeaways are 2 mins walk.
We are looking for a professional to share our home who is clean and tidy but not obsessively so. Someone who is happy to muck in, but have their own space too. Happy to allow some weekend stays.
