We are looking for a housemate to take a spare room in a brand-new detached house in Cookridge, preferably until at least the end of January - possibly with the intention to stay longer.

Including the bills the total will be £380. However, this excludes phone calls or any added extras from Sky (films etc.), Me and my housemate use our mobiles for all personal calls.

I work as a piano teacher, so I use the dining room as a studio. This means that I sometimes have parents waiting in the kitchen from about 4pm – 7. 30pm (often not as late as that) Mon-Fri. The living room is completely isolated from this however, so people shouldn’t get in your way. The only downside is you may have to wait a little longer if you want to cook tea, or earlier if you don’t mind someone sitting at the kitchen table waiting for their son or daughter. I also try to practise for a couple of hours a day, but this is usually during the day.

We are two males, who are very clean and tidy, non-smokers and very friendly.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The rest of the house includes: dishwasher, larger LCD TV, Sky, broadband, telephone a grand piano (if you play), washing machine etc. This is all furniture that I have bought, as the house is rented as being unfurnished.
