Large double room in very spacious house,inc.bills

I have a large double bedroom available in a very spacious semi detached house in Thornes, Wakefield just minutes from junction 39 of the M1 and Wakefield town centre.

The house has been considerably extended and has two large living rooms (approx 13'x29'), which have both been recently refurbished to a high standard. The dining room has an oak extending dining table and 120 inch home cinema with full surround sound, Sky+ HD, etc. This has changed since the picture on here as there are now new leather sofas in the room with the wooden floor. The other living room has got a 4-seater sofa and remote controlled fire, and also has Sky TV and they've both got Sky Movies etc. There's a big kitchen with integrated dishwasher and double range-style oven, house bathroom, downstairs toilet and a separate shower room.

Driveway parking is available for plenty of cars, with additional street parking available if required. There's a lovely enclosed rear garden / patio area, and a secure driveway and alarmed garage is also available for motorbike / push-bike.

The house will be shared with me (male, 29) and one other housemate (both rooms are available at the moment). I'm tidy, exceptionally friendly, and work full time for myself. It's a social, fun-loving house but it's big enough to always have your own space if you prefer to keep a low profile. I love to chill out and watch a film on the big screen as much as having a few friends drop by at the weekend for a couple of drinks and stuff.

I'm looking for someone who has preferably lived in a shared house before, but that's not essential. Friends are always welcome round too and if you're new to the area, you'll definitely be made welcome!

The rent includes all bills (except telephone) and can be paid either weekly or monthly (I'm very flexible and easy-going).

Please note that the bedroom in the picture is an old one, of the other room, however gives an idea of the size. The available bedroom is neutrally decorated and has a double bed and double wardrobe with integrated draws.

I can guarantee you won't find another place to rent quite like it - anyone who comes round seems to want to move in straight away and they usually end up the envy of their friends!
