The house has gardens front and back which are tended to periodically by gardener. Large kitchen with dining area and a modern bathroom fitted around 18 month ago.
Broadband internet is included, both cabled and wifi.
THe kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, clothes dryer, electric cooker and a seperate fridge/freezer for each resident in the house.
You are expected to clean up your own mess in order to keep the house clean and tidy for everyone.
Bills are included in rent.
