Ideally I would like to share my home with someone of around my age group or a little older, must be working and able to pay rent when it becomes due. I am very easy going and work different days each week so you may find at times you have the home to yourself, therefore you must be trustworthy and not frightened to push the vac round should it be needed!

I am a fun person, very easy to get along with and all I ask is you respect my home but also treat it as your home too.

Included in the monthly rate is the rent and council tax charge. You should be willing to make a contribution to gas, electric and water.
I have a landline and sky tv.
