Newly decorated room, large house, great location

Hi, I have a newly decorated double room (for single occupancy), available now in my shared house in the centre of Wakefield. (May be available sooner, please contact if needed). There’s 3 of us sharing now, ages 43-50, and 3 kittens. We’re friendly, sociable and respectful of others needs. There’s easy access to the M1/M62/A1 and a 10 minute walk to the train station & town. The room is fully furnished with a 42" full HD smart TV, large remote controlled ceiling fan/light and an ottoman bed for extra storage. It has full wired and wireless cable broadband internet with Virgin. We have all the mod cons - washing machine, dryer, dishwasher & extra fridges and freezers. As well as the living room and kitchen diner there are 2 bathrooms and a conservatory. We also have a large garden with canopy/decking, seating and heat lamps for a bit of luxury. There is also ample on street parking and we're in a cul de sac so it's nice and quiet and cheap for insurance. I charge £100 a week full time or £80 a week Monday to Friday, contractors welcome.
