I'm a self-employed actor & trainer easy -going , tolerant person and get on well with all age groups. Stay over friends/partners are ok too occasionally. I enjoy having a housemate sharing the house and understand the need for respect of other's privacy. Room is fully furnished but if you wanted to bring your own furniture room could be cleared. £300 per month .
