READY TO MOVE INTO TODAY. Furnished double room to rent in a 4 bedroomed semi-detached house in desirable West Park just minutes from Headingley.

Great transport links to Leeds town centre - bus and train stops local. Also good links to Bradford and Harrogate. Cycle route to town is located at the bottom of the street. There are plenty of local and chain shops along with delicious takeaways.

There is a shared kitchen, lounge, dining room, second lounge area, conservatory, newly refurbished bathroom, downstairs toilet, garden and utility area with washing machine. Bills are included in rent as well as Broadband and access to Sky TV. On and off street parking is also available. Plus we have a garage that can be used at a small extra cost.

The room is a larger than average double room with a large window overlooking the back garden. It has recently been redecorated and includes a double bed, bedside tables, full length mirror, desk, clothes rail and storage cupboard.

The house is currently occupied by my boyfriend and myself, 2 cocker spaniels and 2 cats. We are very friendly, sociable, clean, respectable and trustworthy and have let our rooms out previously. We are ideally looking to rent the room out to a person/people of similar age. I am a second year student at Leeds University and my boyfriend works full time.

We like cooking, socialising, walks with the dogs, films, music, shopping (just me, he gets dragged along!) and are very easy to get along with. I particularly like baking and I will be happy to share my creations with our new housemates! We are not big clubbers anymore, but enjoy going to the pub or a bar for some drinks! We are looking for a housemate not only to share our house but to be able to socialise with either in or out of the house. But we do respect the need for personal space!
