Good size fully furnished double room available for weekday let (Monday to Friday) . Location is easy travel to the city, hospital and Porton Down. Room has TV ( optional) , double cupboards with plenty of storage space and private adjacent bathroom. Single or double bed option . The rest of the house comprises 2 sitting rooms, conservatory, garden with decked seating area. Comfortable and relaxed quiet household. Located in pleasant village close to Salisbury city, hospital and Porton Down.
Use of all usual amenities, kitchen, washing machine and broadband. Rent inclusive of bills.
You would be sharing the house with the owners. You would need to like animals as we have cats and a dog.

Monday to Friday let. Belongings can be left in room at weekends.

Alderbury is 3 miles south of Salisbury with good bus routes and a
park and ride into the city 1 mile away. From this location on the South side of Salisbury it is easy an easy commute to Salisbury centre , the hospital, Porton Down and Southampton. Parking space available. 2 local pubs both serving good food.
