The room is available in a modern flat built in 2007. I live-in but only for 3-4 nights a week whilst I work in the area. Any tenant would possibly be there more than I and generally have sole occupancy on weekends.
Must be clean and tidy and respectful of others. Non-smokers only.
There is the scope to negotiate for parking.
Am willing to accept short-term lets, but rates would have to be negotiable.
*** UPDATE *** Due to changes in my work circumstances, I may not be around much myself for a while, so may be willing to let the whole flat out. Would be looking for approx. £650 rent, then the occupants to take ownership of bills etc, namely electricity, council tax and water.
The flat is now only available to rent as a whole. It is being managed by Bassetts.
