Large double room available in a period cottage

Double room available in a comfortable stone cottage. The bedroom for rent has views across the fields and is a newly decorated with a double bed with new mattress. The room also contains a wardrobe, chest of draws and a desk, ideally suited to someone working in the area from Monday to Friday. There is access to a shower and also a separate bathroom. There are two reception rooms both with wood burning stoves the second sitting room is available for tenants use alone. If you like to cook your own meals there is a large kitchen dinner as well as a separate dining room. Broadband is available via wifi. All bills are included.

There is a cosy local pub that does good food just up the road if needed, as well as the famous Neston Farm Shop at the end of the road. There is on the road parking, storage space for a bike etc in the garage is available. We keep free range chickens in the garden who are very friendly. We also have an elderly cat who lives in doors so you would need to be a cat lover.

If available to room can be rented at a cost of £30 per night.
