Recently refurbished bungalow, the room is let unfurnished, but I have some furniture to help out and it comes with a double fitted wardrobe, fully carpeted, Fully c/h, colour coded blinds and freshly painted, the occupier would be expected to treat the house as her/his own and all facilities are avaliable, incl Broadband, Sky, Landline to UK landlines and overseas is FREE, I expect to share the cleaning and individuals to keep the shared area tidy especially kitchen/Bathroom clean. I have 2 Dogs if you are cool with dogs (essential) they will accept you as part of THEIR family. I am a Very young thinking chap who often works at home and equally away ... interests are Keep Fit, Motorbikes and a few social beers. I am VERY easy going as long as life is sweet and we all treat each other and the house with respect.
