Large double room for professional weekdays only

I have a large sunny room available in my modern detached house in beautiful Bradford on Avon. It has it's own sofa and TV so almost self contained but you also share a large kitchen diner with your own fridge. Sole use of the nearby bathroom apart from when my son is home from University.

The location has excellent local transport links. It is walking distance to the train station which serves Bath/Bristol/Trowbridge. Buses for Bath or Trowbridge stop directly outside.

It's a large sunny room with a double bed, wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, desk and office chair. There is also a two seater sofa, a freeview TV and access to a (shared) storage cupboard built into the eaves. The room is on the second floor and the kitchen on the lower ground floor so I also provide a kettle. The room is double glazed and the house has a ventilation system.

You will generally have sole use of a large bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. During academic holidays this may be shared with my son.

Full use of shared kitchen/diner with your own fridge, shared washing machine and tumble drier. House has a large garden with stream and off street parking. All bills and Wifi included.

I keep my home clean and tidy and in good decorative order so would appreciate someone who is considerate and tidy. Would suit a non-smoking professional looking for somewhere to stay during the week. I have a cat.

The market town of Bradford on Avon has wonderful country, canal and riverside walks, award winning restaurants and cafes and many unique locally run shops. It has a vibrant local community and is home to many artists, musicians, alternative therapists as well as families attracted by excellent local schools.
