Parking available nearby. Good location for access to Swindon and Chippenham. Wi-Fi. TV aerial point in room. Rent includes all bills including broadband but not the telephone. There is a shared large bathroom and shared large kitchen with a dining area - all kept clean and tidy.
Keeping the shared areas clean and tidy is very important.
