We have a modern, clean and tidy property, with the 3rd bedroom for rent. Short term preferred, for a professional or student/placement student.

We are looking for a clean, tidy, quiet person, who is happy with their own space but friendly, as like ourselves, for bedroom rental. Who will also appreciate our privacy. We are a homely but friendly couple.

The room is fresh and recently decorated, all furniture, less then a year old, includes single bed, draws, and wardrobe. Painted in a neutral colour. Back of the property, overlooking the garden. Although quiet cul-de-sac area. There is off road parking and a garage for storage use if required.

The bathroom is shared with a shower over. Use of washing machine and all kitchen facilities. Unlimited wifi included, with fast download speed, from BT Infinity.

The monthly rental includes all utility bills.

Located South Cepan. Easy access to the motorway, 2 mins walk to the bus route, 20 mins to the gym and town center, also 5mins to Sainsbury superstore
