Room to rent in 4 bed listed house in Chippenham

Hi,

I have a double room available to rent 5 minutes walk from Chippenham town centre and train station. It is furnished with bed, built in wardrobe and bedside chests of drawers. There is shared use of bathroom, living room, kitchen/diner, utility, garden.

Bills including broadband (excluding telephone calls) are included in the rent.

Couples are considered (as are some pets), though the rent listed above is for single person without pets so please enquire if you are interested to discuss rent as a couple and/or including pets.

A bit about the existing household:

Nicholas has recently retired from the Army and is now in his 2nd year of a Veterinary Medicine degree.

I am a senior manager in a large corporate company.

Mia (the black Labrador) lives downstairs in the house or in her kennel. She has impeccable manners and loves to be cuddled.

All of us live a busy but quiet life and are looking for a housemate that is looking for a quiet home also.
