Desirable self- contained double room ensuite with its own entrance, for professional person.

Large fully furnished bed/sitting room with double bed and comfortable armchair, tv and broadband. Outside the bedroom is a small kitchen area with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster and a further utility area with washing machine.

The house is in a quiet residential area with private driveway parking if required. The town centre, train station and sports facilities are all within a 5 minute walk and Monkton Park is just around the corner.

Single occupancy only please.

We would prefer a Mon-Fri let but will consider 7 nights for shorter term let’s.

Please note that our room is a loft conversion and if you are very
tall, this may not be suitable.
