Annex Double Bedroom

Not just a room in a house! if you are looking for a quiet and private place then this will be perfect for you. We have a lovely double room to offer with plenty of storage space. The room is very private and quiet as it is set away from the main house and accessed by its own staircase from the front entrance hall.
The room has a double bed, large desk, broadband, flat screen TV, double futon sofa. Below the bedroom there is a shower room for your use with corner shower, basin and toilet and shared laundry facilities consisting of a washing machine and tumble dryer. We have a very large, well equipped kitchen diner which is the communal space. Outside we have a sunny, private courtyard garden which you are welcome to enjoy. There is parking on the road, a bus stop and handy co-op a few yards from the house. The train station is about two miles away.
Ours is a family home with my husband and 2 children (14 and 16) and our small dog who is quiet and very friendly. We have let this room out before and find it works very well as the layout of the house lends its self to giving both of us privacy and communal space.
Ideally we are looking for a professional (Mon-Fri) who would like a long term rent but can be flexible.
