One room available in shared comfortable house would suit male/female professional. 20 minute drive from Bath, 10 minutes from Frome and 10 minutes from Warminster. Railway stop in village 4 minutes walk from house. Village location. Refrences required.

Large very comfortable house over three floors with two large double bedrooms on top floor with own large toilet, shower room, also a sitting room on same floor with Virgin TV box offers full TV package. One room taken by male tennent. I live on the lower floors with own Bathroom. Shared kitchen, dining room, washing machine and toilet on ground floor. Large garden with private area. Wi-Fi and parking. Accommodation is in a small village, 25 minutes by train to Bath or Salisbury. The train stop is 4 minutes walk from house. Two Village shops, café and a large number of take-a-ways, pubs etc. The first room has a walk in wardrobe and upper lounge area, It has a double and chest of draws. This is not availably. The second large south facing open room, with a double bed, one large wardrobe and one fitted wardrobe or store as well as a chest of draws. This is availably. Both bedrooms and the sitting room benefit from south facing widows. I do have two cats, one of which is a bit mad, but both can be kept off the top floor as the door to the top floor can be kept closed.
