Mon to Fri let and ideal for someone working away from home. -A welcoming, clean, bright and comfortably furnished double room in a friendly family house available from 1stJanuary 2019. The room has a kingsize bed, a double wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet. The house has parking, 3/4 of an acre garden with decking and large gas BBQ, and an above ground heated pool, sky tv and broadband. The house is two minutes walk from the local pub The Black Horse and has lovely views of the Woodford valley. The room is a good sized double on the ground floor at the front of the house, there is also a large family bathroom on the ground floor with a big walk in shower, we have an ensuite upstairs and another separate loo off the landing so you should never have to queue. There is a very limited bus service to the village so it would be suitable for drivers, or cyclists as the Woodford Valley is part of the National Cycle route. The house is both close to Porton Down and Boscombe, Amesbury is five minutes away by car, and Salisbury is 15 mins drive. We have a 30ft family room / kitchen on the back of the house and a shared TV room / sitting room at the front.
