Family home in a very quiet village, approx 20 mins North West of Swindon, near Malmesbury.
We have a lovely double bedroom to rent, which has it's own modern and clean en-suite shower with toilet (for single occupancy only).
There is a TV and DVD player in the room with freeview channels.
Also included is WiFi internet.
Would suit a professional person who wants a very quiet and comfortable place to stay.
Shared use of family kitchen, but you have your own fridge freezer.
Rent includes bedding which will be cleaned on a regular basis. We very occasionally have guests at weekends and may use your room for sleeping in (we shall of course change the bedding), however you can leave all your personal items in the room over weekends.
Free use (within reason) of the washing machine.
This room is offered on a Monday to Friday basis only.
Rent payable in advance weekly, by cash or bank transfer. A £400 security deposit is required and references that will be verified.
