Double room in first floor flat

This is a large room with kingsize bed with comfortable memory foam mattress. Unlimited broadband is available.
We are a young at heart couple, easy going, widely travelled, with busy lives. We both work part-time, are in the middle of a renovation project nearby, run an allotment and have a variety of social interests. We are often away so references will be required.
In a perfect world a Mon-Fri sharer (at reduced rent) would suit us best as occasionally we have a grandchild/friends to stay but if you can cope with someone in the front room on the sofa bed very occasionally ( 2-3 times a year) or are away yourself now and again, that would work fine.
