Beautiful rooms in a warm, secure and comfortable house. Nice bedrooms complete with single beds (or we can fit a double in should you prefer it), large wardrobes, dressing table & drawers. Rooms 1 & 2 have a newly refurbished shower room shared jack-and-jill style with one other lodger who will also always be female. The other room (3) has a newly refurbished bathroom just opposite the door.

As the letting is only to provide the landlady with company while her family are at university and as the existing tenants are usually ladies from conservative societies male tenants will not be considered. Please do not ask.

House is very quiet street with plenty of parking and a few minutes level walk from the center of town, the bus stops etc and all the local schools. Excellent kitchen that you can use, all bathrooms just refurbished and nice neighbours around. Wireless internet and personal TV with plenty of channels included. There is a garage where bicycles etc can sleep safely and we can probably find room to store additional possessions if you are between main homes.

You will need to be ok with a fluffy and sweet cat around the place.
