It's my flat but moving out with girlfriend so looking for a share with my friendly and tidy flatmate.
Will be a shared bathroom and kitchen and living room although you would have your own living room space in your room.
The room is available as from now and comes with own parking space on first floor flat.
There is no garden but place is provided with washing machine and tumble dryer to use as you want in kitchen.
Also shower and bath in bathroom.
Would suit professional or any friendly tidy person.
Also sofa in room is a double
Sofa bed so ideal if you maybe had a child a few nights a week or could put up a friend for the odd night.
My flatmate does have his own son who is 8 years old and I can promise is so well behaved and quiet he stays around 3 nights a week.
He watches sport on television all day just like his dad.
