I have one double room available immediately in this lovely bungalow in the sought after village of Neston. Situated at the front of the building the room has a double bed, drawers and a wardrobe. The room also has a large television mounted on a wall bracket and the tenant will have full access to all the Freesat channels along with catch-up and Netflix. The room is not en suite, however, the bathroom is literally one step across the corridor

The rest of the property is entirely at the diposal of any tenants and comprises of the following:-

There is a communal shower room which is shared. Clean and comfortable.

Large kitchen and diner with range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, double oven, coffee machine etc. and cupboard space. One fridge/freezer is available for tenants to share.

Large living room with wall mounted TV and Freesat, leather sofa, wood burner, baby grand piano, electronic drumkit (with volume control!), upright piano

Very large conservatory which has been split into two rooms, room one is the snooker room with full sized slate bed snooker table. Room two is the 'conservatory proper' with a wood burner for the winter months and double doors out onto the garden for the summer.

Large utility room with two washing machines (one of which will accept 12Kg loads so can wash duvets) and two tumble driers. Ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner and carpet shampooer.

The property is shared between two tenants at the front of the building (you would be one of these), the landlord and his friend 'H' are at the rear of the property - Please note that we have a visiting student (H's son) who will stay with us during University holidays. He stays in the conservatory and snooker room and uses the communal bathroom at these times.
