Double room in a shared house available 01/09/2017. You would sharing the house with 2 other people - both are in their mid twenties and are professionals. Dan and Jack are both really easy going, who enjoy going out socially at the weekend. They treat the house as their home not just rooms they rent. The house is fully furnished but you are encouraged to make it feel like your home. We are looking for someone friendly and outgoing to move in, preferably with a view to staying with us for over a year. Many great friendships have started in this house and we are hoping this will keep happening.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe/chest of drawers.
This would suit a single professional person - no couples.
There is broadband/telephone available but this is arranged between the house mates and not included in the rent, all other bills are included.
There is residents parking in the road and also free parking in the next road.
The house is about 5 minutes walk from the station and about 10 minutes walk from the town center. The leisure center and Waitrose are also at the bottom of the road.
