We have available a 2 bed property in Salisbury with 2 large attic rooms additional available. The house itself is a 5 minutes walk away from the city centre. About a 15/20 minute walk to Salisbury train station.

£1650 per month, and street parking available (which is an extra charge to the council), the property also comes fully furnished.

The house itself, is a 2 minute walk away from the local college. For communal use, there is one bathroom, two toilets, one large living room and a large kitchen to share with washing machine, microwave, kettle, oven etc. and other essentials. As all the rooms are double, there is plenty of space to have your own privacy if/ when required. There is no garden, but a large park 5 minute walk away. The rest of the property is furnished with TV, sofas in lounge, and wifi throughout the house.
