Friendly Professional Houseshare

I have a single room available to rent in a tidy well kept house. There is currently three others in the house, Katherine, Harriet and Daniel. All are friendly easy going and keen to have another to share the house with! I'm hoping that the house will become a sociable place and looking to find people that will get on well. Greg is moving on at the end of the month and his room will be available from mid April. The rooms are for individuals only, not for couples. Also there should be no pets in the house.

I bought the house 2 years ago and work as a Building Surveyor, so have had the house properly refitted, with new central heating, rewired, redecorated, updated kitchen etc. The rooms are fully furnished with quality new furniture (see photos). There's a good sized sitting room and tidy garden. The windows are new double glazed, so it's warm, cosy, well presented.

The rent is £250 + £80 for bills (£330 all inc) paid by standing order to house account each month. Bills include everything i. e. gas, water, elec, ultra-fast broadband, tv, council tax.

The house is really well connected with the main bus stop immediately outside and frequent buses to city centre and district hospital. The train station is a short walk and there's unrestricted parking outside.
