Double room in spacious city-centre town house

We are looking for a new house-mate to join three existing tenants in a friendly house-share. The house is in the centre of Salisbury within 5 minute's walk of all local amenities, and 10 minutes from the bus and train stations. Unfortunately there is no parking permit available, however on-street parking is free 4pm-10am, and there is unlimited parking on near-by streets.
The house consists of a cosy shared living room and large fully-equipped kitchen-dining room which leads onto a really nice south-facing garden. The room is a good-sized, unfurnished double, and shares a large bathroom (with bath and separate shower) with two others. The rest of the house is fully furnished.

We are all working young professionals, who enjoy hanging out together, and are looking for a like-minded house-mate. We like to keep things neat and tidy, but have a pretty relaxed outlook. Smoking is not permitted in the house, but in the garden is no problem.

Internet, washing machine, bills etc are all included in the price pcm. Tenancy will be agreed through our letting agent, so their references, admin fees and a deposit will be required prior to moving in as well.
