Double bedroom in a 3 bed house

Hi I have a double bedroom up for rent in my 3 bed house. Located on the north side of Salisbury in Old Sarum.

15 minutes form Salisbury city and a park and ride about a 5 minute walk. A303 also a 20 minute drive!!

Bedroom is a large double with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, bedside table.

House is a large 3 bedroom, living room/dining room with all the usuals. Bathroom upstairs with a spa bath and shower over the bath. Kitchen with washing machine and use of a big fridge freezer and another smaller fridge.

I am 24 female, I work at Porton Down and ideally looking to share with some who works there but open to options. I like to live in a clean clutter free house and have a cleaner in once a week.

Ideally I would like a Monday to Friday lodger as my boyfriend comes to stay at the weekend. However open to options.

Full week £475
Monday to Friday £380

Lodger will have to provide references if they don't work at Porton Down. And also agree to an agreement before moving in. Also a £100 deposit when securing the room.
