Tesco Salisbury is only a short distance from the house, along Southampton Road. The house is also located near to Five Rivers Leisure Centre, which boasts a swimming pool, gym and athletics track.

The house is a semi-detached end to a converted school building at the end of a quiet street situated in a lovely area of Salisbury; the rent is extremely competitive for the area (Wyndham Road). The house is comfortable, clean and pleasant (no damp or mould), featuring a box-hedged crescent garden that is privately maintained.
