1 Bedroom Double/ single to RENT.

Thanks for looking at this ad.

I'm looking for someone who is easy going and doesn't mind sharing a bathroom, or a cat, as I have one called Jack! He keeps himself to himself, but is particularly friendly when he wants food.

I have a large DVD collection, so enjoying films may help.

I'm not a massive party person, but do go out every so often. I mainly hang out with my friends at our houses.
I work with a local charity doing photography and video work for them. I photograph for charities, at weddings, and corporate events.

The room will fit a double bed (I can supply a single.)

I can supply the following in the room:

Bed (single)
Chest of 3 drawers
Bedside table.
Lamp

Minimum stay is 6 months, but would consider less, depending on length.

Monday to Friday only.

There is residence parking, so I would need to apply for this for the person, but only someone willing to commit to six months, as you have to change your V5 document address for me to apply. There is a £40 charge for this, which the tenant will need to pay for.
(There is free parking near by, so it would be easy to get around having to do this, for anyone not wanting to pay the additional fee.)

Rent includes all utility bills:

Water, gas, electricity, council tax, and internet.

The property is a mid terraced house which has a combi-boiler fitted.

The property is a 10 minute walk into town, or less depending on your walking speed! There are plenty of local shops, the property is round the corner from Waitrose, close to Sainsbury's and a local shop is a similar distance to Waitrose.

The kitchen is fitted with a fridge freezer, cooker, electric oven, gas hob and a microwave. I have most kitchen appliances, all of which are free for shared use.

It would be nice to share with someone who is like minded, and a non smoker. The place is a small two bed and therefore I need to live with someone who is tidy.

I have a TV and lounge area too which is free for shared use.

I have a shed in the garden where the tenant can store a bike.
