2 bed maisonette which was refurbished a year ago - new kitchen, new bathroom, new carpets etc etc. Large garden which gets the sun all day - rare for being so close to town!

The house is fully furnished but the bedroom is not.

I am looking for somebody who is outgoing but likes to chill out as well from mid twenties up. Willing to have a laugh but help keep things clean.

I have Sky TV with sports, movies, HD and full on demand, fiberoptic broadband, washer dryer and various other gadgets!

There is permit parking available but you would need to arrange this yourself.

The deposit is £490. If this is an issue stopping you wanting to view an arrangement can be made.

I am looking to get somebody in ASAP after the last new tenant dropped out. I am flexible about sorting out deposit monies as ideally I need somebody to move in ASAP.

Price is inclusive of all bills.
