Small room in lovely house
I have a small room with a 4' bed, chest of draws and shelving for rent in a fully equipped lovely detached house 10 minutes from the city centre, which has a large garden, parking, wireless broadband and one very friendly dog!
Three people share the house. We are all professionals with busy lives but enjoy spending time together as well as having our own space.
All the bills are included in the rent, but we do have a £10 pot for all the essentials, which only gets added too when needed.
