Double room near train station

The room is in a purpose built flat on the first floor. This is a two double bed flat with shared living/kitchen space and large bathroom with bath/shower. There is parking (first come first served) available outside the building.

The large bedroom has a single divan bed with storage drawers under it (You are welcome to bring your own bed/furniture if you have it) Bedside table, lamp, bookcase and wardrobe with shelves and hanging storage for clothes.
The room is an L shape so hard to photograph to show the actual size - it's bigger than it looks trust me.

The flat is a 5 minute walk to Salisbury Station, 10 minutes into the city centre for cinema, shops, theatre, pubs, bars, restaurants, Sainsburys (Waitrose the other way).

I'm a teacher, so usually keep it quiet during the week but try and get out and about at the weekend. Saying that I'm always up for a chat/dvd on the sofa or a trip to the pub.

I rent the flat already so there are some letting agencies fees for new sharer (reference, admin etc charges)
