A lovely quiet room in a shared house. New build so all facilities clean modern and spacious. Your bed is brand new with a firm mattress. Your room has a full fitted wardrobe and a family bathroom with shower attachment. The kitchen is shared and you have a sitting room with smart TVs setttee with ffootstool and dining table. You will share the cooker and fridge and we all clean all our mess before retiring each night. There is one live in landlord who works and therefore noise after 2130 hours should be minimised. Expectations are normal clean
Living being courteous to others. I do have a single garage that can be yours at an agreed extra rental . I have fox terrier who lives
