Double room to rent in four bed house

Two double rooms available, one with built in storage, skylight and plenty of privacy in converted attic room of four bedroom house. As it is an attic room on its own floor there is plenty of privacy.
Room currently furnished with a single bed but can be replaced with a double on request.
Other room is standard double on second floor with garden views, with built in wardrobe, also furnished with single but can be replaced with double on request.
I am a live in landlord so lodgers would be living with myself, my partner and our two well behaved cats who are not allowed in any of the bedrooms.
Shared bathroom and separate downstairs WC, large kitchen/diner, living room with plenty of space to relax and small garden at the back. Use of washing machine, broadband and all bills included.
We are very laid back and our only "rule" is that you ask before having guests over as we work long hours and wake up early every morning.
We are a five minute drive or a short bus journey from the centre of Salisbury, the house sits in a quiet cul de sac with a double driveway and street parking, and there are several bus stops nearby.
We are very outdoorsy people with several horses and therefore don't spend a great deal of time in the house, but when we are home we would love to have a lodger that can be sociable. We also like to go out to pubs, restaurants and to the cinema whenever we can and would love to have people that would be happy to join us on occasion.
Price is per room, all bills included, no deposit necessary but rent needs to be upfront. We are happy to provide double beds for the rooms if wanted, and all bedding, towels etc are provided.
